Learning Event Management
This project was initiated by a client who runs a large number of facilitator-led training events where WorldLearn® LMS is used to manage the course catalogue, self-service registrations, attendance record keeping and reporting.

In addition the client uses a third party to provide additional learning support services. These include detailed managing of the training events with room bookings, catering, booking of facilitators and employee notifications.

The client wished to reduce the amount of manual handling of event management and so reduce the service costs as well as reduce duplicate record storage in two separate systems. Finally they saw an opportunity to improve the service to the employees and course sponsors with increased self-service and more accurate and up-to-date reporting.
