course approval processes and automatic course completion rules ensuring rapid response to training needs and real-time reporting on training progress.

approval process is applied to all course nominations.

Learning Project Management
Registration Management within WorldLearn provides clients with total control of course delivery and management of course outcomes.
It enables the organisation to set course characteristics that drive the registration life cycle. This includes the ability to identify
courses that are available for user registration and those which are not, identify a variety of start and end dates associated with the class,
identify courses that require pre-requisite learning, identify those that allow for Expressions of interest and standby
and whether the course requires one or more approvals of course registrations. All of these functions are supported by an automated registration
workflow which provides easy and efficient registration and access by the user, automatic determination of successful course completion by the system
and a simple administrator registration management function for those courses where completion cannot be determined automatically.
Project management of course registrations is supported
through automatic publishing (opening and closing) of courses in
WorldLearn which is triggered by stored dates. In addition
classes are closed for registration when full and class waiting
lists are provided.
Class cancellation processes are provided and integrated into
the class creation and registration workflow to provide superior
service to employees.
Course Management within WorldLearn has as its primary focus the launch, control and monitoring of online training materials and
online assessments. However, Course Management provides much more in that it also enables
management of scheduled training events, print based training, blended course offerings, discussion boards, tutor support and more.
Course management is underpinned by an automated communications function triggered by dates and user processes that keep the users informed about upcoming tasks.
In conjunction with Course Library Management, print Management and Event Management functions, Course Management is a powerful
organisational tool that enables total control over all aspects of a course including automated or self-service logistics.
This encompasses all components of a blended learning course so that class attendance, completion
of online learning content, and mastery of assessments can all contribute to the automatic determination of successful course completion.
The addition of tutor-marked assignments and workplace observation could contribute to the completion.
