Based on extensive experience in Learning Management, the team has created WorldLearn to meet the training and compliance needs of Australian business.

As a core business system, WorldLearn provides a central point for monitoring, managing and reporting on all training activity. From delivery of online courses to the management of instructor-led training, WorldLearn allows organisations to manage all aspects of individual events from scheduling through to the type and amount of refreshments required. In addition to the training management capability of WorldLearn, extensive reporting features have also been designed and included in WorldLearn. Real-time reports of training activity and outcomes are available with comparison against training requirements. The administrative load on the training team is reduced through the self-service functions of WorldLearn, leaving them to concentrate on their core duties of ensuring up-to-date knowledge exists across the organisation.
World Learn Components
WorldLearn is made up of a number of components which can be assembled to meet the needs of a range of organisations from a medium sized- company with specific training needes through to a full enterprise system serving thousands of people world-wide.

The components include:

  • Learning Management System - the core component that is the basis of all solutions.
  • Assessments - an item bank of questions that customers can use to create random assessments for employees.
  • Event Management - extends the Training Event functions in the core LMS to provide all the features required to manage Events, suppliers and notifications across an enterprise.
  • Compliance Management - provides the ablility to manage and report on your compliance requirements in terms of competencies, Job Role Skills or Training Plans.
  • Case Management - supports an Enterprise-wide learning assistance help desk and can be used in-house or in an outsourced scenario.
  • Evaluation Management - allows the organisation to measure the reaction of employees to course delivery as well as soliciting the Manager's assessment of behavioural changes as a result of the training event.
  • Training Room Management - provides the organisation with a tool which enables a user to book training rooms and administrators to manage the availability of the rooms, resources and associated services as well as managing the bookings.
