Event Management
Event Management within WorldLearn is focused on the management of a facilitated training event through its entire life cycle - from
registration to an attendance outcome. It provides the administator with a tool to not only manage the course and class attributes, self - service
registrations, waitlists, attendance recording and reporting but also to record the requirements for support services related to the event.
These support services include:
management of room bookings, management of catering, booking of facilitators and employee notifications.
The module is designed to automate and streamline the Event Management process in turn reducing manual handling and service costs. As an outcome you should expect
improved service delivery to the employee, reduced service costs and provide accurate, up to date reporting for the course sponsor.
