Evaluations
Evaluation Management within WorldLearn provides the client with a mechanism to evaluate the reactions and behaviours of learners after completing a
course.
The Evaluation Mangement function enables the client to create a pool of evaluation questions, to group these questions within 'reporting groups'
and evaluation templates, to associate evaluation templates with courses and to define key properties of evaluation. The evaluation properties
allows the client full control of attributes such as: when the evaluation is presented to the employee, the number and timing of reminders to complete
the evaluations and follow up evaluations. The evaluation 'reporting groups' are designed to provide the organisation with targeted reporting on
the efficiency of the training based on the evaluation responses.
Evaluation Management is supported by Assessment Management to provide a broader evaluation of the employee's learning experience from their reactions to the
course, to a measure of the learning achieved and an evaluation of behavioural change by their manager.
