Competency Management
WorldLearn has an in-built competency management framework which allows an administrator or competency manager
to maintain the job roles, competencies and the related training. This is a crucial role in ensuring that training plans for the
roles and hence individuals meet the requirements of an organisation.
This framework provides employees and their managers with an individual training plan that details all of the training required
to gain the knowledge components of their allocated competencies and to highlight the training gap.
The framework supports the skill assessment process for competency acquisition by enabling assessment evidence and competency
certification to be recorded. This is further strengthened by enabling competencies and assessments to be flagged with expiry dates
so that re-certification programs can be automated.
A range of reports on competency acquisition and gaps is provided.
