Professional Development Management
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Management within WorldLearn enables management of periodic CPD requirements for employees within specific job roles. CPD Management is administered by a designated manager who is able to set the CPD period, CPD events and the CPD requirements in hours or points. The employee is able to register events and to submit these to an authorising body (manager or other identified authoriser). A user can at all time see their CPD status regardless of whether it is based on points or hours.

CPD reports provide Managers with accurate up-to-date data on the user's level of CPD attainment as measured against requirements for any given period.

CPD Management in conjunction with Learning Pathways provides the organisation with a holistic measure of the employee's compliance with legislated and/or mandatory knowledge and skill development for their job role.
